Unknown said...: Ken's On The Spot Mobile Detailing has to be the worst service company ever. Here is a time line of how bad there service is.

November 28, 2011 - Paid for my service and called to make an appointment. Nobody answered so I left a message.

December Sometime the next week - Still no call back so I called again and nobody answered so I left another message.

3 Days later - got a call back saying someone will call me that day with my appointment.

1 month later - still no call back. At this point I keep calling until I get a real life person. This took about 10 calls. When I finally got a hold of a person they said the soonest appointment was MAY!!! Are you kidding me? May...if this was true why wouldn't you call me back immediately and tell me at least? Why would you push me around and ignore me? So I expressed my anger and got them to give me an appointment the first week of February.

My first appointment - a no show, no call, no wash. I tried to contact them and got no help yet again. I left about 3 messages before I got a call back to reschedule me the next week.

My second appointment - a no show, no call, no wash. Again I went through the same process and got the same horrible service. Guess what, they rescheduled me the next week.

My third appointment - to my surprise, a no show, no call, no wash. What in the world is wrong with this company and how can they treat customers so horribly.
